Strawberry and Sparkling Rose Punch
Perfect for those sunny BBQ's we are all hoping for this weekend ready to toast the Queen in style.
You Will Need:
(Serves 8 - 10)
1 lb Strawberries, hulled
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Meyer lemon juice, plus slices for garnish
1 Bottle Sparkling Rosé, chilled
To Make:
Combine strawberries and sugar in a food processor. Process until smooth.
Strain through a fine wire-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
Add lemon juice and rosé.
Top with ice and garnish with lemon slices.
Virgin Fresh Mint and Lemon Iced Tea
Who needs alcohol when you can have this sunny cocktail that tastes like summer!
You Will Need:
(Serves 4)
2 Litres Water
3 inch Stripes Meyer lemon Zest
1 Large bunch fresh mint
5 tbsp pure honey
Sliced Meyer lemons, sliced strawberries, mint springs for garnish
To Make:
Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat, and add lemon zest and fresh mint; let steep 5 minutes.
Stir in 4 to 5 Tbsp. pure honey until dissolved. Strain into a pitcher, and cool completely.
Serve over ice with sliced lemons, strawberries, and mint sprigs.
