Return and Exchange Policy
Exchange:
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase but if you should not be happy for any reason, we will be happy to arrange an exchange for you free of charge.
To exchange your item, please use the below link to return your item to us.

Please include a written note inside your parcel informing us of which item you would like to exchange for, including colour and size. Preferably this information will be written onto your original packing slip which should also be included in the parcel.
Once we have received the original item back, we will then process the exchange and arrange a new parcel to be sent out with no additional postage charge.
Should the item requested be unavailable, we will contact you directly via email or phone if applicable.
Return:
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase but please find below our returns information if you should not be happy for any reason.
We offer returns provided that the below criteria is met:
All returns will need to be made within 28 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
Please ensure all items are unused and in their original condition. Items must be in their packaging with tags still attached.
Should an item be returned in an unsatisfactory condition - a full refund may be refused.
Provided all of the above applies, we will issue a full refund for the item(s). The initial postage charge of £3.95 will not be refunded and an additional charge of £2 will also be taken from your total. This is to cover a portion of the cost of the returns label.
For the return of any garments from our outlet section, you will need to send the items back within 14 days of purchase.
If your order was placed using a special offer - returns are as follows:
On any offer where one item is free of charge, (i.e. Buy 1, get one free, 3 for 2, or spend 'x' amount - get one item free) - should you wish to return a full priced item - you must also return the free item to receive a full refund.
Christmas Returns 2024:
For any goods purchased from November 1st, you will have until the 31st January to return your item(s). A full refund will be issued provided that the above criteria is met and the item(s) is in it's original condition with tags attached.

UK Returns
To return an item, simply create a returns label using the link http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/547 then print your label, attach to the parcel and take to your local Post Office. Be sure to collect a Proof of Postage from the counter.
Should you not have access to a printer, Royal Mail will also issue a QR code directly to your email which can be shown at your local post office, where they will print a label for you.
This can take a few minutes to generate and show in your inbox. Please check your junk inbox should it now show.
We will refund the order or relevant part of it as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of cancellation.
We will usually process the refund as soon as possible but otherwise within 30 days of refund agreement and confirmation. We will refund the price of a defective product in full.
Refunds will always be made to the original payment method.
If you have bought a Lazy Jacks item from an independent stockist, please return it to them directly as this is where your buying contract lies. This is also the case if you have lost your proof of purchase, you must deal with the original retailer you purchased the item from. We will therefore only accept returns where an item is purchased directly from Lazy Jacks.
Orders placed on the Lazy Jacks website must be returned to the head office address and not to a Lazy Jacks shop.
International Returns
For all international returns at any time, if you return a product by post, you will need to pay the costs of returning the product to us and obtain proof of posting.
Faulty Items:
If you return a used product to us because you consider it to be faulty, we will examine the returned used product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
