Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our site. By ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

About you
Our site is only intended for use by people resident in the countries listed in Delivery and Costs below. We do not accept orders from individuals outside those countries.
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
- you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
- you are purchasing the products outside the course of your normal business or trade and not for resale;
- and you are not resident in, nor accessing our site, from USA or Canada.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
Accepting your order
When you place an order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted, but constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders received are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). A contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
We do try to ensure that the website is updated as soon as an item goes out of stock. However, occasionally we may run out of stock before we can update the website. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will cancel your order and let you know by email.
Delivery and costs
The prices indicated are based on our standard parcel size, if your order exceeds this there may be an additional charge.

*Express Delivery is not available on Bank Holidays and delivery within 1-2 days can not be guaranteed to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland.
All UK deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce services unless we advise you otherwise.

Changing your order
You can amend your order at any time up to the checkout as follows:
Click on the Shopping Bag at the top of the page.
To cancel a selected item, click on “Remove” box next to item.
To change the quantity of an item, enter the required quantity, and then click ‘Update Basket’. If you have received an e-mail from us acknowledging receipt of your order but you have not received a Dispatch Confirmation (an email confirming dispatch), you can change or cancel your order by e-mailing us at websales@lazyjacks.co.uk or by telephoning us on +44 (0) 1626 832632.
Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges
We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer an exchange.
Please note: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage of items being exchanged.
To exchange an item:
- Include a written note inside your parcel stating the item you would like in exchange including style, colour and size
- Where possible write this on your original packing slip and include it in the parcel
Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item. If the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you via email or phone.
Returns
We hope you love your purchase but if not please see our returns conditions below.
Customers must cover the cost of return postage. We do not provide free returns labels.
We accept returns provided that:
- Items are returned within 28 days of receipt
- Proof of purchase is included
- Items are unused in their original condition with packaging and tags attached
If an item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition a refund may be refused.
Provided all criteria are met:
- A full refund will be issued for the item(s)
- The original postage charge of £3.95 is non-refundable
Outlet Items
Outlet items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Special Offers
For promotions where an item is free of charge (for example Buy One Get One Free 3 for 2 or Spend X Get One Free):
- If returning a full priced item, the free item must also be returned to receive a full refund
Christmas Returns
Items purchased from 1st November can be returned until 31st January provided, they meet all standard return conditions and are in original condition with tags attached.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after cancellation or refund agreement
- Refunds are always issued to the original payment method
- Defective items will be refunded in full once inspected
Stockist Purchases
If you purchased a Lazy Jacks item from an independent stockist returns must be made directly to them as your contract of sale is with that retailer. We only accept returns for items purchased directly from Lazy Jacks.
Online orders must be returned to our head office address and not to a Lazy Jacks retail shop.

International Returns
All international customers are responsible for the cost of return postage and must obtain proof of posting.
Faulty Items
If you believe an item is faulty please return it to us for inspection. We will assess the item and notify you of the outcome via email within a reasonable timeframe.
Conformity of the Products
We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site will, on delivery, conform in all material respects with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products on this web site are correct. However, slight variations in the colour and sizing of actual goods can occur.
Price and payment
The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
If you are ordering from the U.K or European Union all prices are shown in sterling and include 20% VAT on adult’s clothing and 0% VAT on children’s clothing and gift vouchers. If you are ordering from outside the UK and European Union or from the Channel Islands, all prices are shown in sterling and exclude VAT.
Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders where we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
If you are ordering from outside the UK or European Union, your order will be supplied VAT free and a copy of your ex VAT receipt will be despatched with your goods. Local import duties and taxes may be payable when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined.
Despite our best efforts, items in our online shop may occasionally be mispriced. We verify prices as part of our despatch procedures and if an item’s correct price is lower than the price shown online, we will charge you the lower amount and send you the item. If the item’s correct price is higher than the price shown online, we will contact you for instructions before despatch. We cannot confirm the price until you order.
Promotional Codes & Discounts
Only one promotional code can be used per order. We reserve the right to remove any offer at any time.
If an item bought using a promotional code or discount and then returned the promotion or discount will no longer be valid.
Payment
Our website uses the Shopify Pay payment gateway. Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card or by PayPal. We accept payment with Visa or MasterCard credit cards, as well as Maestro, Visa Electron and Visa Debit cards. You can only see our price list in sterling, but we accept card payments from anywhere in the world.
If you prefer not to pay online, you may contact us directly on 01626832632 to place your order. Our Customer Service Team are available between 9:00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. (GMT) Monday to Thursday and 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m on a Friday. We always welcome feedback from our customers and are continually looking at ways to improve our service. We will try to rectify any problem quickly and effectively. Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. (GMT) Monday to Thursday and 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on a Friday.
Privacy
Information you provide will remain private and be stored on our database. However, information may be used by Lazy Jacks to improve your shopping experience, enabling us to handle your order, deliver products, process payments and alert you to promotional offers. We may store information about you using cookies which are files sent by us to your computer or other access device which we can access when you visit our site at some point in the future. The cookies we use enable us to save your bag for later, track the opening of our email, track the type device used to shop, etc.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions (not available online)
1. Lazy Jacks gift cards are redeemable in full or part payment online only. At the current time they are not valid for purchases in any Lazy Jacks Store or wholesaler.
2. Lazy Jacks gift cards may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
4. No change or refund will be given but any remaining balance may be applied to future purchases.
5. The gift card will expire 24 months after issue and any remaining balance will be deducted.
6. Lazy Jacks is not liable for gift cards are lost, stolen, damaged or defaced.
7. The funds on a gift card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some funds on the card may not be available to spend.
8. Lazy Jacks reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so.
9. Gift cards remains the property of Lazy Jacks.
10. By purchasing and/or redeeming a Lazy Jacks gift card you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
