How do I track my order?
For UK Deliveries, when your order has been despatched, you'll receive a despatch confirmation email with a link to track your parcel. You can track the progress of your parcel at the Royal Mail website, by selection the track your parcel icon and enter your tracking number. This will give you the up to date status of your order. For international deliveries, please contact Customer Services here.
Can I return unwanted items via a store?
No, unfortunately our stores cannot process refunds. All online orders must be returned by Royal Mail to our head office address.
How do I return an item?

What happens if the order I receive is faulty or incorrect?
In the rare and unfortunate event of your order being faulty or incorrect please accept our apologies and contact Customer Services here.

Can I use a discount code on sale items?
No, unless it states otherwise, discount codes can only be used on full price items. To see our promotions terms and conditions please click here.
Can I use more than one discount code?
No, you can only use one discount code per order.
I have a discount code, where do I enter it?
Simply enter your discount code in the Discount Code box, which is located in the right hand column on the basket page, and click Apply.
I have processed my order but have not entered my promotional code, can I use it after?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we cannot amend it. Promotional codes have to be used before an order is confirmed.
