For UK Deliveries, when your order has been despatched, you'll receive a despatch confirmation email with a link to track your parcel. You can track the progress of your parcel at the Royal Mail website, by selection the track your parcel icon and enter your tracking number. This will give you the up to date status of your order. For international deliveries, please contact Customer Services.
No, unfortunately our stores cannot process refunds. All online orders must be returned by Royal Mail to our head office address.
You can return your items to us within 30 days of receipt. If you would like to exchange the item then please detail what colour and size you would like. You will not be charged again for postage. The freepost return portal is here: http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/547.
